Shocking news came from director Edgar Wright. After years to years with Marvel Studios to work on the film Ant- Man, Edgar finally decided to no longer engage in the process of the superhero movie.
Digitalspy reports that the incident occurred because of differences between the Marvel creative vision and Edgar in working on Ant-Man movie. Edgar felt that his vision for the film project has been abused. Marvel is said to have handed over the Ant-Man movie script filmed Edgar and Joe Cornish to inexperienced authors to change the text.
The results of the completed screenplay in this week really-really very sad, and not in accordance with the vision of Edgar. Because of that, Edgar met with the Marvel and decided to get out of the Ant-Man movie project. Announcement of the release of Edgar disclosed officially by Marvel and Edgar himself on Friday (23/05).
"Edgar and Joe felt disappointed for the screenplay, somehow it happened, perhaps because of their lack of confidence as a filmmaker" said one source responded to the incident.
Although abandoned by Edgar Wright, the Marvel claimed the incident will not affect the date of the release Ant-Man that had previously been determined on July 17, 2015. Marvel also said it would immediately seek a replacement director that Ant-Man movie goes according to plan.
