Justin Bieber reportedly flying back from
Europe to his home in the Los Angeles area Tuesday and quarreled with his
neighbors.
Officers were called to the home authorities
the 19-year-old teenager in Calabasas, California, on Tuesday morning after a neighbor Justin
said that he had been threatened and assaulted by Justin, said Los Angeles
police spokesman, Steve Whitmore.
File a police report regarding the accusations
and threats by Justin have been proposed and are being investigated, said
Steve. No charges had been filed with the Canadian pop star and Steve refused
to give details, citing further investigation.
Under California law, lawsuits over unpleasant
acts can include unwanted touching or spitting.
Allegations altercation occurred after the
singer 'Boyfriend' was flown overnight from Poland, surprised photographers and
officers Lodz airport with his shirt on a cold night as he walked past security
guards into his private jet.
Sources close to the star said, Calabasas
quarrel was triggered from a neighbor who came to complain about the party
going on in the house Justin when he was not there. Quarrels occurred but no
physical contact occurred, the sources said, quoting the singer's bodyguard.
TMZ.com said the strife provoked by Justin
previously driving a new Ferrari at high speed on Tuesday morning. Sources
Justin does not justify the statement.
Justin has a concert tour around Europe for
'Believe' for a few weeks, and the next scheduled concert in Munich, Germany on
March 28.
