The auction house
Barrett-Jackson, Arizona makes dreams Batman fans who want to drive the
Batmobile into a reality. The reason, as reported by The Los Angeles Times,
they are auctioning Batman cars used in the film version of 1960.
1955 Lincoln Futura
car modification with black and red lines are to be auctioned on January 19,
2013. The car still looks good complete with Plexiglas windows, Bat-Ray, and
Bat-O-Meter are preferred.
Barrett-Jackson
auction house estimates that the car will be sold at a high price.
"This car is
worth millions of dollars, and clearly so American idol," said Craig
Jackson, officials from the auction house.
The car has been used
in three seasons Batman movie starring Adam West and Burt Ward. The series has
been a hit. The car was finally auctioned off after a long debate will be
whether or not Batman merchandise was sold.
