Mel Gibson for the first time appear in court on Wednesday (10/11) to attend the hearing on custody of his daughter, who was a baby from its relationship with Oksana Grigorieva.Academy Award-winning actor arrived at the courthouse in Los Angeles 10 minutes earlier than Oksana, a former girlfriend.
The trial was closed to the public, while Mel was not willing to talk to reporters who gathered outside the trial.
After a fight and split up, Mel and Oksana is now gaining custody of their minor daughter. The trial will again be held on 22 November.
